At Golden Avenue, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we accept returns within 14 days of the date of receipt of the item.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in its original packaging. Please note - Personalised items (including but not limited to items with personalised names, years, designs etc) are not eligible for exchange or refund. This does not affect your statutory rights. To obtain a return we require proof of purchase from the original purchaser.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Before returning an item, please contact us to let us know the reason for the return and to obtain a return authorization. Please do not send the item back to the manufacturer, as this will void the return.

Once we receive the returned item and confirm that it is in its original condition, we will issue a refund for the purchase price of the item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
